Three proofs, verified separately
A real company can offer fake gold. Real gold can be controlled by someone without title. A legitimate seller and a legitimate commodity can still be attached to a transaction that cannot settle. LionSilica keeps the three proofs separate because passing one never establishes another.
Counterparty Proof
Is the company or person real, registered, authorized and screened?
Registry existence, sanctions and exclusion screening, licensing and mandate chains — verified against issuing sources, never against the counterparty's own paperwork.
Commodity Proof
Does the commodity exist in the claimed quantity, spec, location and ownership?
Independent inspection, assay on sealed samples, custody confirmed with the custodian, and a title chain that reaches the party being paid.
Transaction Proof
Can this specific transaction actually settle?
Authority over this lot, bank-workable payment structure, defined logistics, and documentation that survives consistency review. Value moves only against verifiable events.
How results read
PROOF REQUIRED
The ordinary result of a preliminary check: nothing disqualifying found, and a concrete list of what must be verified before value moves.
HELD
Patterns that require resolution before any further step. Payments and commitments should stop while the hold is open.
REJECTED
The material matches structures or list entries that make proceeding unsafe. New unrelated paperwork does not change this.
EXECUTION ELIGIBLE
All three proofs independently verified — a state reached through verification work, never through a free text check.
Results update as evidence arrives: every check has a durable link where new documents and verification outcomes change the posture — with full history preserved. A LionSilica assessment is a platform reading of submitted material; only evidence from genuinely independent third parties is ever labeled independently verified.
